Petra and Jermaine's beautiful wedding day at The Marriott, Swindon

November 16, 2016 • 1 Comment

Jermaine and Petra are such a lovely, friendly couple and have a huge group of beautiful friends and family who were so thrilled to celebrate their wedding day with them.

Their day took place at the Marriott Hotel in Swindon and Petra's morning preparations were a buzz with hair, make up, bridesmaids and lots of guests who couldn't wait to get the day started. Petra looked stunning in her fishtail dress and I loved the purple and white theme that ran throughout their day. Lots of time had been spent pulling all their ideas together and the hotel did a wonderful job of setting everything out and creating their dream day.

After their ceremony, everyone went out into the hotel gardens for drinks and canapés. It was a lovely sunny afternoon and the garden looked lovely. It made the perfect setting for their special photographs as well as their group shots. The rest of the day ran so smoothly and Petra and Jermaine looked so happy.

A few highlights for me included seeing all the super sweet bridesmaids (they were so cute), hearing such lovely (almost tear wiping) speeches and watching Petra and Jermaine's first dance :) I really enjoyed capturing their day for them and sharing in their joy.

Brand Photography by Elizabeth

“We've just had an amazing 'team' shoot with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth has that unique ability to visualise the photo before she even grabs her camera. We had so much fun, felt instantly at ease, and even started to get excited about moving to the next location.

Elizabeth works around you, constantly mixing things up and trying different angles, but all of this seems to happen in the background... and before you know it - you're done!”
